To Hit the Books：
学习，尤指为了应对考试而刻苦学习。例如：“I have to hit the books for my final exams next week.”（下周我必须为了期末考试而刻苦学习。）
To Hit the Sack：
上床睡觉。例如：“It’s time for me to hit the sack, I’m so tired.”（是时候上床睡觉了，我太累了。）
To Twist Someone’s Arm：
说服某人做他原本不想做的事。例如：“He managed to twist my arm into agreeing to go to the party.”（他成功说服我同意去参加派对。）
Pull Yourself Together：
